Booking and Cancellation Policies

  1. INTRODUCTION TO EL PESCADOR AND OUR ROLE

1.1. Company details: EL PESCADOR is a company registered in England and Wales with registered company number 11958019, EL PESCADOR LTD, 6 Homer Street, LONDON, W1H 4NT VAT number: Our VAT number is 237 8963 56.

1.3. Service: “We” (EL PESCADOR LTD) provide a way for you to communicate your orders (“Orders”) for products (“Products”) to the delivery or takeaway restaurant (“Restaurant”) displayed on the Website; and/or to communicate a request for a table booking (“Table Booking”) to the restaurant; (the “Service”).

1.4. Contract: The legal contract for the supply and purchase of Products is between the Customer and the Restaurant that the order is placed with.

  1. Terms and Conditions for Reservations
    1. Customer Requests
    While we aim to honour all customer requests noted in your reservation, including specific seating preferences, such requests are not guaranteed. Window tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability on the day of your booking.
    2. Deposit and Card Pre-Authorization
    To confirm your reservation, a deposit of £10.00 per person is required. Your card will be pre-authorized for the total deposit amount upon confirmation of your booking. No funds will be taken from your account unless the booking terms outlined herein are breached.
    3. Cancellations and Amendments
    • Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to your booking time.
    • All cancellations or amendments must be processed via the booking confirmation link provided at the time of reservation.
    4. No-Show and Late Notice Charges
    • Failure to notify us of a cancellation or reduction in guest numbers at least 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of £10.00 per person.
    • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking, the full pre-authorized amount may be charged.
    5. General Terms
    By confirming your reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure fairness to all guests and proper management of table allocations.
